          I am always interested in discussing business opportunities.  Customization, co-branding, entirely new projects and ideas, etc, are all within the realm of possibility.  Licensing , deliverables, project scope, business model, etc, are always open to discussion. I am flexible and open minded in that regard.

Who is Paul Milligan, what is his background ?

                30 + years experience in computers and programming.  From IBM System 3 / 34 / 360 to modern blade-server racks, Web sites, server-side automation, ASP, N-tier OOP programming and the tools that go with it, databases ( MS-SQL, Informix, Oracle, etc ) large and small ( 15 m + records, 1,000 + tables, 60 + gig , etc ), all the way down to Palm Pilots.

                14 years as a full time tech / mechanic in the HVAC / R field, doing commercial HVAC / R and controls work.  I was in the field, driving a service truck and carrying the on-call pager, etc, every day, for 14 years.  From fractional-horse display cases to walk-ins to large facilities ( 100 - 1,00 + tons ), VAV, ultra-lows, cascades, thermal shock chambers, etc.  To this day, I'm not sure I've gotten the traces of 3GS ref oil and # 2 fuel oil out of all my work clothes.  5 State-wide Licenses as Master HVAC Contractor, Master Electrician, etc.

                I was the guy with the gauge set slung over his shoulder while he carried a torch set and a can of refrigerant up to the roof.  Just a regular every-day field mechanic, every day of my life for 14 years.  I progressed over the years to senior controls tech, servicing and commissioning large commercial control systems from JCI, Andover, and Siebe ( Factory Certified Programmer in the last two ).  Fans so big you could walk through the cage without hitting your head, coils 30 feet wide and 12 feet high, mechanical houses on the roof that were bigger than any house I ever lived in, interstitial chambers bigger than my living room , etc.  Top to bottom, I've 'been there, done that, got the T-shirt, wore it out and got another one', etc.  Got the stitches and the scars on my hands to prove it, too.

                I have also been, for 15 or more of the last 30 years ' the guy in the suit and tie', 'the guy at the console running the mainframe', the network programmer, etc.  Writing and running applications from large to small, network apps, N-tier, stand-alone, database, flat file - Got that T-shirt, too.  Got a couple of 'em.
